Guest Speakers State Scholarship House Chair, Betty Piper and Aga Niedzialkowska, scholarship house resident and former International Exchange student from Poland.

In coordination with the evening’s World Understanding program, Pat Ashcroft described past AΔK International projects:

  • Project Save---Sisters Aiding Vietnamese Education

  • Project Hope---built and furnished a house in Peru

  • Mobile Books---for Cheyenne and Sioux tribes

  • Project Teach---provided 6 new classrooms in Haiti

  • Teach Too---housing units in 8 homes for older teens in Haiti
